Warranty:		Our products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.  Upon inspection, Blue Ridge Stoneworks will repair, replace or make appropriate adjustments where defects are found from normal usage.  Failure to follow the printed care instructions will void warranty.  We are not responsible for removal, installation costs or other consequential damages.  The natural qualities of concrete may cause slight color variations between catalog images and the actual product.
Shipping:		All products are shipped via UPS or FedEx. Please allow up to 15 business days for shipping. Blue Ridge Stoneworks is not responsible for any incurred costs due to delayed shipping.
Returns and Exchanges:		If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, contact our office within 15 days of shipment delivery to request an exchange or full refund (less 25% restocking fee and return shipping charges), and to obtain return shipping instructions. Products must be received in new condition for exchange or refund. Refunds will be sent within 15 days of product receipt.
